It will already be in your shopping bag. To finish the purchase, touch PASS BY BOX (unless you want to continue shopping).

If you finished buying you must complete some of your information, the mode and the shipping address (just complete it in case you have not chosen the pick up mode) and select the payment method. Once these steps have been completed, you will receive in the email that you have entered a confirmation of your order, and we will contact you to send you the payment link and agree on the delivery.

Our works are sent abroad through companies specialized in the transfer of works of art. Also in all cases you can choose the Pick Up option and remove them (or send someone) in one of our partner galleries, always within the City of Buenos Aires. RETURN

How do I return an artwork?

If the artwork is not what you expected you can return it, but the cost of shipping will be at your expense. You can make the return of the work within 7 calendar days of having received it completely, completing the return form. The work must be returned in the original packaging (or an equal one) in perfect condition. We will answer you by e-mail within the next 5 business days with the indications for your return. The refund of the money will be made once we have received and reviewed the work, within a maximum period of 15 business days.

Who assumes the shipping cost for the return of a work of art?

The cost of returning the work of art will be borne by the client in all cases. The work must be returned by the same transport company in which it was initially delivered. In case you have chosen the Pick Up option to remove the artwork personally, you must return it to the same place you removed it. If this is not possible, the shipment and insurance of the artwork will be quoted with the transport company chosen by ComprArt. The shipping cost is borne by the customer.

MULTIPLE PURCHASE

Can I buy more than one work of art at a time?

Yes. We can coordinate so that all the artworks you ordered arrive together (if you requested them at the same destination address) and surely the cost of delivery will be less than if you bought them separately.

 

THE WORK OF ART

Does the artwork match the photo on the platform?

Always. In each work of art you will find a photo that shows you in detail. But please, read the item "MEASURE OF THE ARTWORK" to get an idea of ​​its size (the photos can be misleading in that sense). REMEMBER THE MEASURE IS IN CENTIMETERS (1 INCH EQUIVALATES 2,54 cm.)

In addition, the work of art may include the item "MEASURE WITH FRAMEWORK". It means that this painting or drawing comes with a frame (already placed and free) for its best conservation and transfer. In most cases we also display the photo of the framed work, so that you see it complete, except when the framed photo is not available in our associated galleries.

Do the artworks come with a frame? It's included in the price?

Many of the artworks that correspond to the “Great Masters” category include a framework, because it is necessary for the correct conservation and transport of the artworks of the 20th century or earlier. The framework is rewarded and it is not necessary to pay anything for it. Once you receive the painting you can change it, break it or sell the frame if you don't like it. It's yours. But until it reaches your hands, it will accompany the entire transfer of the artwork.

On the other hand, we are not dedicated to changing frames or advising on that matter. We suggest you approach a frame workshop if you are interested in that topic.
